About AngelSpin
Welcome to Angel Spin, the online casino and sportsbook built for Canadian players who want variety, speed and a bit of fun in their everyday gaming. At AngelSpin, we combine a massive library of over 9,000 games with a sportsbook covering the NHL, NBA, MLB and more, all wrapped in a platform designed around our players in Canada. Here at Angel Spin, we believe that a great casino experience starts with trust, choice and a team that genuinely cares about the people who play with us.
Who We Are
AngelSpin is operated by Fruitway Ltd, a company registered at Suite 1, A.L. Evelyn Ltd Building, Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis, under registration number C 63883. We hold a b2c licence issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, licence No. ALSI-202511011-FI1, valid from 15 November 2025 through 14 November 2026. This same licence also covers our sister brand, whynotbet.com. Our General Bonus Terms were last updated on 28 April 2025, and we keep them current so that our players always know exactly where they stand.
As a Canadian-facing operator, we quote every price, every bonus and even our live jackpot counter in Canadian dollars. Our sportsbook leads with the NHL because we know how much our players love their hockey, and we've built our entire platform with the Canadian player experience in mind. While Angel Spin currently operates in English only, we're focused on making sure that every English-speaking player who visits us feels right at home.
Our Games and Entertainment
At Angel Spin, we offer more than 9,000 games spanning slots, live casino, lotteries and sports betting. Our slot library includes classic reels, high-volatility titles, Coin Drop mechanics and a dedicated Bonus Buy row for players who like to jump straight into the action. We've organised everything into clear lobby categories including Top, New, Jackpots, High Volatility, Classic Slots and Instant Games, so you can find your favourite type of game in seconds.
We work with some of the biggest names in the industry to stock our shelves, including NetEnt, Evolution, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, Gamzix, Ezugi, OneTouch and many more. Our live casino section, powered by providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live and BetGames.TV, brings you Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Game Shows, Bingo, Poker and Dice tables staffed by professional dealers around the clock.
Our AngelSpin jackpot games are a particular highlight. We proudly feature Mega Moolah and Divine Fortune, and our live jackpot counter currently sits above C$1,691,110 and climbing. Please note that bonus money and free spins cannot be used on our progressive jackpot slots, and only real money rounds count toward jackpot eligibility — bonus rounds and free spin winnings don't qualify.

Playing Responsibly With Us
We take account security seriously at Angel Spin. Registration only takes a couple of minutes and requires phone or email verification, and we allow just one account per person, household, email address, telephone number, payment account, IP address and shared computer. Depending on your activity, our KYC process may ask for a government-issued photo ID and proof of residence no older than three months. Getting started is simple through our quick AngelSpin login process.
We also ask our players to avoid VPN use while accessing our site. VPN use is treated the same as collusion, software manipulation or exploiting loopholes, and can lead to confiscation of bonus-related winnings, access restrictions or permanent account suspension. We list restricted countries and jurisdictions excluded from no-deposit offers directly in our bonus terms, and we encourage every player to review these before claiming an offer.
